1. First Past :
- use 2 cups Penne Pasta (200 gms)

2. Vegetable Part :
- 2 tsp olive/butter
- 2 chopped onion
- 1 small carrot
- 1/2 capsicum chopped
- handful of corns
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
3. Sauce Part :
- 4 tsp butter
- 4 tsp Maida
- 2 cups milk
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp mixed herb seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoons black pepper powder

Step-by-Step Method
STEP 1 : We have to take a packet of raw pasta, then we will take a saucepan, inside which we will put 4-5 cups of water and boil it on low heat, Once it starts boiling, we will add 3/4 cup penne pasta, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a teaspoon will pour oil.
STEP 2 : You should let it boil well, allowing the pasta to boil. To check this, cut it a little; if it cuts easily, then the pasta is cooked.
STEP 3 : You put 1-2 spoons of oil in a pan or pan and let it heat. After it gets hot, add 3 pieces of garlic in it. After it turns red well, add 1/4 cup chopped carrot, and 1/4 cup chopped green capsicum. Add chilli, 1/4 cup chopped red capsicum, 1/4 cup chopped broccoli.
STEP 4 : Cook these ingredients well until the vegetables are slightly cooked and whenever they are cooked well, turn off the flame and take them out on a plate.
STEP 5: Put 1-2 spoons of butter/ghee in this pan on medium flame and heat it well. After it gets heated, add cheese or flour to it and cook it well. Now mix it well and cook.
STEP 6 : Now add 1.5 cups of milk to this pan and pan and mix it well. Mix all the ingredients added earlier and milk well and cook well until it starts thickening slightly.
STEP 7 :Now after it is cooked, add the vegetables we had cooked in it, mix it well, then add black pepper and red chilli powder, Salt (as per taste) and then mix it well.
